When the mind wants to live in a world of “what if,” drag it back to the present.

Your brain runs worst-case scenarios on repeat. Your chest tightens. Your pulse races. Anxiety is physical. And when cortisol spikes, simply “thinking positive” isn’t enough.

It’s time to press the biological reset button. Reach for Multicolor Tourmaline, your Somatic Anchor.

Somatic healing is about using a physical sensation to interrupt the brain and reset the mind. Touching the cool, heavy stones of the bracelet serves as a physical cue. It beckons the mind back to the here and now.

Tourmaline is naturally piezoelectric. That means it may actively neutralize the chaotic, static energy of the day. This isn’t about wishing away negativity. It’s about helping ground the nervous system like a lightning rod as a scientific, functional tool.

Black & Brown Tourmaline are the tethers. These dark variations of a metaphysically dense stone grab the scattered, chaotic energy. And they pull you back down to earth.

Pink & Green Tourmaline are the regulators. They focus directly on the chest. They seek to soothe physical tightness and help calm the fight-or-flight response. Finally, you can take a full, deep breath.

Yellow Tourmaline provides clarity. Once the panic clears, it aims to wipe away brain fog and restore sharp, executive focus.

You aren't just wearing pretty beads. You’re wearing an elemental masterpiece. To get this exact spectrum of color, the earth had to perfectly fuse Iron (for boundaries), Manganese (for the heart), and Lithium (for nervous system regulation) into one single, powerful tool.

In differences lies beauty. Every stone is natural and hand-selected, making each bracelet unique.

Product care & materials

How do I care for my jewelry?

Most of our jewelry is handcrafted with copper and natural crystals or gemstones. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid wearing it while swimming, showering, exercising, or using household cleaners. Try to keep perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and other chemicals away from the jewelry.

Copper naturally develops a patina over time, which is a normal part of the metal’s character. If you prefer a brighter finish, gently polish the copper with a soft jewelry polishing cloth.

Natural crystals and gemstones should be handled gently. Wipe them with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth rather than soaking them or using harsh jewelry cleaners, as some stones are porous or sensitive to moisture and chemicals.

When not being worn, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a pouch or separate compartment to help prevent scratching, tangling, and tarnishing.

What if I don't know my ring size?

If you’re unsure of your ring size, the easiest option is to measure a ring you already own that fits comfortably or use a ring-sizing tool.

You can also wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger, mark where the ends meet, and measure the length in millimeters. Compare that measurement to a US ring size chart.

For the most accurate fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are at their normal size, and avoid measuring when your hands are very cold or swollen.

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

What materials do your pieces use?

Our pieces are handcrafted using a mix of copper, wood, macramé cord, resin or epoxy, K9 glass beads, natural gemstones, and crystals.

Because many of these materials are natural or handmade, slight variations in color, grain, pattern, shape, and texture are normal. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
