Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are printed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. You will be notified if your order requires extended processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

Custom & Large Items
Custom pieces, including resin fixtures, sinks, and large décor items, may require extended processing and shipping times. Shipping for these items will be calculated separately and communicated before fulfillment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Southern Earth & Ether is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
